Ingredients:
- colourful pasta
- iceberg lettuce
- black olives
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION
Clean the fillet. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
STEP 2 – SIDE DISHES PREPARATION
Boil the pasta al dente.
Wash the lettuce, shred it, mix with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Slice the olives, mix them with the salad and pasta.
STEP 3 – FILLET FRYING
You can also add diced feta cheese.
Fry the marinated fillet on a grill or in a grill pan on both sides for about 5 minutes.
Serve with the salad and pasta.
