STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION
Drizzle the whiting fillet with lemon juice and sprinkle it with mild marinade. Leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
STEP 2 – COATING
Coat the marinated whiting:
STEP 3 – FRYING
Place the fish pieces individually in the oil heated to minimum 180⁰C.
Fry for about 3 minutes.
Fry the potato chips. Serve with your favourite salad.
