Ingredients:

  • iceberg lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • canned red beans
  • canned corn
  • 1 chicken fillet (ca. 250 g)
  • 5 g of Paprika Grill marinade
  • 25 ml of oil
  • salt and pepper
  • a pinch of favourite herbs
  • feta cheese (optionally)

 

Preparation:

STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION

Clean the fillet. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).

 

STEP 2 – SIDE DISHES PREPARATION

Wash the vegetables. Shred the lettuce and place it in a bowl. Slice the cucumber, cut tomatoes into quarters, mix everything together and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of favourite herbs. Sprinkle with red beans and corn.

 

STEP 3 – FILLET FRYING

You can also add diced feta cheese.
Fry the marinated fillet on a grill or in a grill pan on both sides for about 5 minutes.

Serve with the salad.
