Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet (ca. 250 g)
- 5 g of Paprika Grill marinade
- 25 ml of oil
- iceberg lettuce
- red onion
- black olives
- nut lettuce
- feta cheese
- cucumber
- yellow pepper
- red onion
- cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- a pinch of favourite herbs
Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- basil
Preparation:
STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION
Clean the fillet. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
STEP 2 – SIDE DISHES PREPARATION
Wash the vegetables. Shred the lettuce and place it in a bowl. Dice the cheese and peppers, slice the cucumbers, cut the onion into semi-circular pieces and cut tomatoes into quarters.
Mix everything with nut lettuce.
STEP 3 – DRESSING PREPARATION
Combine olive oil with mustard and honey, season with basil and the Paprika Grill marinade, mix everything together and place on a plate.
Fry the marinated fillet in a grill pan on both sides for about 5 minututes. Serve with your favourite salad.
