STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION
Clean the fillet. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
STEP 2 – SALAD PREPARATION
Wash the vegetables. Dice the cheese and peppers, slice the cucumbers, cut the onion into semi-circular pieces and cut tomatoes into quarters.
Mix everything with nut lettuce, add salt and pepper to taste and arrange on a plate.
STEP 3 – FILLET GRILLING
Remove the fillet from the marinade and fry it in a grill pan on both sides for about 5 minutes..
Serve with the salad.
