- 0.5 kg of raw bacon (strips)
- 10 g of Paprika Grill marinade
- red and yellow pepper
- 1/2 of red onion
- 4-5 mushrooms
- olive oil
STEP 1 – BACON PREPARATION
Wash, drain and cut the bacon into 30-40 g pieces.
Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
STEP 2 – FRYING
Fry the marinated bacon on a grill or in a grill pan on both sides for about 5-10 minutes (depending on the thickness).
STEP 3 – VEGETABLES PREPARATION
Wash, peel and cut the vegetables. Boil the broccoli al dente.
Add salt to the vegetables and grill or fry in a pan.
Serve the bacon with grilled vegetables.
