- whole grain bun
- 5 g of Paprika Grill marinade
- 2-3 pieces of iceberg lettuce
- 1 egg
- tablespoon of oil
- salt and pepper
- A pinch of herbs
- chicken fillet (ca. 250 g)
STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION
Clean the fillet. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
Fry the marinated fillet in a grill pan on both sides for about 5 minutes. 5 minutes.
STEP 2 – EGG FRYING
Fry the egg sunny side up.
STEP 3 – SANDWICH ASSEMBLY
Add layers of iceberg lettuce, chicken and egg. Cover with the second half of the bun.
