- 1 large broccoli
- canned red beans
- canned corn
- 1 egg
- 1 chicken fillet (ca. 250 g)
- 5 g of Paprika Grill marinade
- 25 ml of oil
- salt and pepper
- a pinch of favourite herbs
STEP 1 – FILLET PREPARATION
Clean the fillet. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).
STEP 2 – SIDE DISHES PREPARATION
Wash the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into florets and boil them in salted water. Rinse the beans and corn and mix them with the broccoli.
Boil an egg soft.
STEP 3 – FILLET GRILLING
Fry the marinated fillet in a grill pan on both sides for about 5 minutes.
Serve with the broccoli, corn, beans and egg. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of favourite herbs.
