Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of ribs (strips)
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 2.5 g of Paprika Grill marinade
  • 25 ml of oil
  • Chinese cabbage
  • headed cabbage
  • 1/4 of red onion
  • pepper
  • gherkin
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

STEP 1 – SALAD PREPARATION

Wash the vegetables. Chop the cabbage thinly.
Dice the pepper, cucumber and onion.
Season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and mix everything together.

 

STEP 2 – POTATO WEDGES PREPARATION

Cut washed potatoes into eighths and boil al dente.
Drain and sprinkle abundantly with the Paprika Grill marinade.
Place in a hot pan and fry on each side until the potato wedges become crispy.

 

STEP 3 – RIBS PREPARATION

Cut the ribs into large pieces. Dissolve the marinade in oil, pour it over the meat and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour (the best result is achieved after 8 hours).

 

STEP 4 – RIBS FRYING

Fry the marinated ribs in a pan with hot oil on both sides for about 10 minutes (depending on the size of the meat pieces).
Serve the ribs with grilled potato wedges and salad.
